It’s made of Cesanese d’A ffile and Cesanese comune grapes from Casalotto and Le Grotte crus vineyards. Spontaneous fermentation by native yeasts. Not sulphites added. Natural clarification under lunar calendar. The maturation took place inside concrete tanks or in wood, depend of harvest.
